The ServiceMax Core Certified Administrator Learning Path includes self-paced modules and a certification exam. Completion of training modules required.

• Question Format: 60 multiple-choice, multiple-select, and true/false questions
• Time: 90 minutes 
• Passing Score: 75%
• Delivery: Online via ServiceMax University
• Exam Access: 365 days from date of purchase
• Enrollees earning a passing score (75%) on their exam will receive a ServiceMax Core Certified Administrator (COREADM) certification
